28-year-old Pedro Morales Roias and 21-year-old Rolando Perez Aragon were killed when a semi-truck attempted to pass their vehicle and overturned. The incident occurred around 5 a.m. The driver of the tractor-trailer, 34-year-old Lazaro Gonzalez, had minor injuries. The incident is still under investigation.
